John Bakhos is the founder of Grid International MENA, a consulting firm specialized in Organizational Development and Human Relations in Organizations. Founder and President of Scotwork MENA, a Negotiation Consulting firm.
John has been a speaker at various international conferences and a Business lecturer at the (AUB) American University of Beirut, (LAU) Lebanese American University, and (NDU) Notre Dame University. He has designed and successfully implemented major organizational development programs for organizations in various business sectors such as Al-Rajhi Bank, K.S.A; Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait, Saudi Electricity, and NAPCO, K.S.A.
Akram Bikhazi became President and CEO of Grid International, Inc. in early 2016. His global experience as president and CEO of several blue chips companies including Frito Lay South Africa; Regional VP of Pepsi Cola International; and President of Ulker International in Istanbul, Turkey positions Akram to effectively steward the company into the future.

Bruce Carlson was introduced to Grid Theory over 36 years ago, and has been working exclusively in the field of organizational transformation and development, and culture change, since that time. Initially as a customer of Scientific Methods Inc. (predecessor of Grid International), and then as a Partner, President and CEO (1997 - 2016), Owner, Chairman, and now Advisor to the Board, Bruce has become a recognized expert in the design and implementation of Grid Culture Development in organization cultures around the world. Bruce has lead Grid implementations and corporate change initiatives in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Russia, Turkey, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, the Philippines, China, and Japan.
Bruce is the co-author of "The Power to Change", which has been translated for 20 different countries.
Rachel McKee has over 24 years of experience writing and testing original Grid theory texts and accompanying materials. Her first six years with Grid were spent working full-time with co-founder Dr. Robert R. Blake.
As senior writer, she works as leader and editor for writing, testing, training, and implementation of all new or revised Grid materials, as well as all custom materials. She works with partners to write and publish related research articles. McKee has written and co-managed Grid programs and train-the-trainer sessions in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, India, and Japan. She co-authored the book "Grid Solution Selling" with Dr. Blake, and is the lead author of "The Power to Change.” She has co-authored seven books and more than thirty programs offered by Grid today.
Harry is a specialist in organization transformation with over 40 years experience as a professional manager/ consultant. Grid UK provides management consulting and development support to National and International clients enabling them to strategically plan and lead major OD/change initiatives. The companies include Apple Inc., Motorola, Bank of Ireland, Central Bank of Ireland, Schering-Plough Corporation, UK’s National Health Service, and Dana Corporation, to name a few.
Harry has held various executive roles managing professionals and specialist teams. He developed the business as a major management consulting firm in Ireland, providing a range of psychological services and corporate development programs to Blue Chip Organizations. He successfully launched Grid – The Power to Change – in 1988 and grew the business year on year to 1997. He established Grid International (UK) Ltd in 1993 to service UK and international clients.
Páraic Mac Donnchadha founded Grid International Ireland in 2007, having worked intensively with Grid development theory at individual, team, intergroup and organizational levels for approximately 20 years previously.
Páraic has delivered and led multiple organization transformation efforts primarily in the private sector in Ireland, across both multinational and indigenous industries with organizations including Coca Cola, Pepsi, Kerry Group, Canada Life, Kentech International and Yves Rocher. Public sector engagements include work with single divisions of city administration services and in the education sector. He has also assisted with learning and organization transformation projects in South Africa, Germany, Belgium, Canada and the UK. Páraic focuses on culture-impacting development, preferably at the organization or intergroup level.
Joanne Wilson, a seasoned consultant that worked with many companies in various industries in Southern Africa, including one-on-one coaching for senior executives and leaders.
Joanne's work covered several aspects of interventions, ranging from strategy development to graphic facilitation. Furthermore, she specializes in enabling companies and teams to achieve greater results through the Grid process interventions in the areas of capacity building, culture transformation, change management, leadership and team development.
Specializing in the application of solution focused coaching to achieve outstanding results, Cheryl’s executive team and advisory board experience, combined with globally applied Grid Consulting leave her uniquely qualified to support bold transformations. Practical, effective approaches help “C-Suite”, Senior, Mid-level & Emerging Talent professionals strengthen their leadership skills.
As the spokesperson of a retail food chain with over 10,000 employees, Cheryl witnessed first-hand the ability of Grid to shift culture and achieve measurable outcomes. She became the content editor for three of Grid’s major texts and enhanced Grid’s culture assessment by focusing on key elements within the overall culture. Cheryl was also co-creator and lead consultant delivering train-the-trainer programs for incoming Grid Consultants.
Cheryl is a ten-year member of the International Coach Federation.
