He's a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. He works with organizations in areas of Org Culture, Leadership Pipeline, and Vision. Hari has a Master's in Physics, and holds many behavioural framework certifications.

Heitor is a psychologist (USP) and business administrator, specializing in Organizational Development. Founder and President of IRH Consultores since 1978, specializing in Organizational Development, Leadership, Team Coaching and Executive Search. In 2002, Heitor became the Grid International Partner in Brazil, having coordinated the implementation of the Grid System in tens of Brazilian companies.
Normand has over 40 years of experience in University teaching and Management consulting. He became a Grid partner in 1991 and since then he has developed the Grid model in Quebec, Africa, France and USA. His field of interest is culture change, focusing on leadership, team work and conflict resolution. Normand has a Bachelor degree in Education and a Master studies in Andragogy. He delivers different Grid models in French and English.
Thomas has extensive experience leading managers and teams since 1993, focusing on Leadership Grid workshops, Team Building, Cross Team Development, Innovation Workshops, and coaching. Thomas is well recognized in the industry for his unique abilities to work with his clients to develop effective and productive management and team culture, and to promote an excellent innovation climate. His clients include Autoplus AG, EDEKA, Glockenbrot, Medtronic, Nihon Kohden EUROPE, Sauter-Cumulus, Sievert AG and many others.
Leslie brings 25 years of experience as a Grid Consultant, and 15 years as a Grid Partner. He co-facilitated a synergogy seminar with Dr. Blake in India. Leslie participated in product development and is recognised as a Grid OD process expert. He is a behavioural change enabler and coach to business leaders in India. Leslie holds a Masters degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Len has been associated with Grid for over 24 years. He is an XLRI alumnus, with a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management. He has four decades of corporate life and has held the positions of VP HR in IHCL and the Taj group, and President Corporate Development in Piramal Enterprises Ltd. He has been on the board of directors of several companies. Len is a coach for senior management in many organizations and is a consultant and social entrepreneur.
Mian Asim was introduced to the Grid in 2007, and has been working as a certified Grid consultant since 2009. As the Country Partner in Pakistan, he is responsible for organizing all public and in-house Grid programs in the country. After graduating as an engineer, he worked in positions of responsibility for over 25 years in the chemical/petrochemical industry, followed by 10 years in management training and development. He has travelled extensively, having visited 32 different countries so far.
George joined Grid International in 2002 and contributed to the successful implementation of culture change programs for clients such as Saudi Electricity Company, Arab National Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank Saudi Arabia, Indevco Saudi Arabia, Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait Oil Co., Kuwait Energy, Cimenterie Nationale, Byblos Bank sal. Holder of a B.S. in business administration from University St. Joseph, and a B.A. in banking affairs from E.S.A.

Chantal (PhD, MBA) has delivered Grid in English and French in multiple industries. Chantal worked in the Lebanese private health sector before moving to Middle East corporate work. She developed communication strategies, and implemented motivation, leadership, and teambuilding interventions. Chantal led successful implementations of major organizational development programs for multiple Middle East organizations such as: NBK Kuwait, INDEVCO Group, DHA Dubai Health Authority, Enertech Kuwait, Cimenterie Nationale and others.
Patrícia is a Psychologist, MBA in Organizational Management, Master Coach, and specialist in Executive Search. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources development and education focusing on leadership, team and organizational development in different industries and markets. She has been facilitating Grid interventions since 2005, and is able to deliver Grid solutions in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages.
Nancy is a professional certified coach and has over 20 years of experience in HR and Business Consulting. She has a Bachelor degree in Communication and HR. She was introduced to Grid Theory in 2013. Nancy’s objective is to use Grid model to promote commitment in teamwork, candor and accountability in management. Her main focus is to bring human potential in optimizing their results in business. Nancy can deliver Grid solutions in French.
